About sentiment conditions
There are 4 options available for setting the sentiment condition within a policy:
Table: Sentiment condition options
Sentiment option | Description |
---|---|
is | matches a sentiment score to an exact number. |
is at most | matches a sentiment score if its value is up to a provided number. |
is at least | matches a sentiment score if its value is greater than a provided number. |
is in range | matches a sentiment score within a given range. |
If you enable one or more custom policies with sentiment conditions, you will get the sentiment score during classification and tags as well (if any). Note that it will also assign a retention category based on the tag.
