Quorum is lost and the disk group is in disabled state
The following steps lead to this issue:
- Flexible Storage Sharing (FSS) disk group is created with disks from only a single node (N1) in the cluster and the number of disks is less than three.
- While adding disks to the pool using the Storage> pool adddisk command, disks from node N1 and some other nodes in the cluster are added.

Workaround:
Create the FSS disk group by using at least one disk from each node in the cluster.
