Configuring the IP load balancer

You can configure the IP Load Balancer (IPLB) to reduce the number of virtual IPs required for Veritas Access.

To configure IPLB

  1. Click Settings > Services Management > IP Load Balancing Management > Configure IP Load Balancer.

    The Configure IP Load Balancer dialog box is displayed.

  2. Enter the requested information.
  3. View the Recent Activity panel for the status of the task.

    The following information is displayed for the newly added IPLB:

    • Load balancer status

    • Router node details and its status

    • Load balancer method

    • Option to remove the load balancer

To remove the IPLB

  • Click Settings > Services Management > IP Load Balancing Management.

    The Remove IP Load Balancer dialog box is displayed.
