Features

Discovery

The Discovery feature allows you to perform federated searches across the archived data to produce proofs for audits or litigation.

File System Archiving

The File System Archiving feature allows you to archive infrequently accessed content from expensive Primary storage to cost-effective Secondary storage. Shortcuts are created for archived files, which makes it easy for end users to access the content. Archiving helps to achieve operational efficiency by reducing the overall backup and restore window.

Journaling

The Journaling feature allows you to capture a copy of every email sent or received to satisfy use cases like long-term retention, discovery, and surveillance.

Mailbox Archiving

The Mailbox Archiving feature allows you to optimize mailbox storage by archiving data from the mailbox and providing seamless access to end users even when they are on the move.

SharePoint Archiving

The SharePoint Archiving feature helps to archive old unused content to make storage space available for new and frequently accessed content.

Surveillance (or Supervision)

The Surveillance feature helps monitor electronic communication and leverages machine learning to categorize the monitored content as relevant and irrelevant.
