Disk fails to get added to a dynamic disk group after conversion from MBR to GPT (4055047)
When you convert an MBR disk to GPT and then try to add that disk to a dynamic disk group, the following error occurs: "V-76-58645-234: No space for private region on disk". This issue occurs only with disks that are lesser than 16 GB in size and disks that do not have the GPT signature. It occurs only after MBR disks are converted to GPT.
Workaround: Take one of the following courses of actions to recover from this error.
Take the MBR disk offline, convert it to GPT, and bring the disk online again.
Add the MBR disk to the dynamic disc group, and then convert it to a GPT disk.
