NetBackup master server does not re-issue the token if NetBackup for OpenStack VM is a 3-node cluster

Re-issue of the tokens for NetBackup certificate in the NetBackup for OpenStack configurator does not work if NetBackup for OpenStack VM is a 3-node cluster.

Workaround:

To resolve this issue, enable allow auto re-issue token on the master server. You must enter "" in the Token field on the NetBackup for OpenStack configurator. This configuration lets you proceed if the NetBackup OpenStack VM already has the certificates that master server provides.
