Solution

Upgrade to System Recovery 22. The issue has been resolved in System Recovery 22.

For System Recovery 21.3,

A supported hotfix has been made available for this issue. Please contact Veritas Technical Support to obtain this fix or please download it from [Download site] below. This hotfix has not yet gone through any extensive Q&A testing.
