Problem

当System Recovery, Backup Exec, DLO 或者NetBackup运行备份的时候出现报错Event ID 513

Error Message

"Cryptographic Services failed while processing the OnIdentity() call in the System Writer Object."
Details: AddLegacyDriverFiles: Unable to back up image of binary Microsoft Link-Layer Discovery Protocol. System Error: Access is denied.

Cause

网络服务帐户访问 Mslldp.sys的权限被移除。

Solution

Microsoft文档表示可以安全地忽略此问题，或者赋予适当的权限避免再出现这个问题。
