Veritas System Recovery Monitor does not display computers when logged into another user account on the same computer

Problem

After succesfully installing and configuring the Veritas System Recovery (VSR) monitor, the computers\agents are not visible when another user logs into the same computer and launches VSR Monitor. 

Solution

Workaround:

1. Install VSR Monitor into a profile with administrative privileges.
2. Add computers to the console.
4. Browse to .C:\Program Files (x86)\Veritas\Veritas System Recovery Monitor
5. Right-mouse click on SSRMonitor.exe and choose as Run As Administrator. Run this program using the credentials in step 1. 
(note: SSRMonitor.exe may show as SSRMonitor, while the config file may show as SSRMonitor.exe. Right-mouse click on the file as indicated below:

Veritas Technologies LLC has acknowledged that the above-mentioned issue is present in the current version(s) listed under the Product(s) Section of this article. Veritas Technologies LLC is committed to product quality and satisfied customers.

There are currently no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. This issue may be resolved in a future major revision of the software at a later time.
