Modifying the Planning Activity > Scheduled Jobs > Job Details Scheduled Vs Actual report
Note:
By default, the Job Count Details-Scheduled Vs Actual report shows job count per policy. If you want to view the job count per client or master server, change the filter parameters.
To change the report parameters
- On the Job Count Details-Scheduled Vs Actual report, click the Edit link.
- On the Report Wizard, in the Define Viewable Columns section, select a column name (Client or Master Server) from the Available Columns list.
- Click >> option.
- Click Run.
Note:
To view job count for a specific client, policy, master server, or schedule, go to the Filters section and select the name of the policy, master server, or schedule for which you want to view job count.
By default the jobs that were run (Actual Job Count) include manual jobs, which do not have any schedule time associated with them as they are initiated manually. You can exclude manual jobs from the actual job count, and view only the jobs that are of execution type
.To exclude manual jobs from the actual jobs
- On the Job Count Details-Scheduled Vs Actual report, click the Edit link.
- On the Report Wizard, in the Filter Options section, select Yes from the Exclude Manual Jobs drop-down list.
- Click Run.
The Job Count Details-Scheduled Vs Actual report shows comparison between Scheduled Job count and Actual Job count. The Actual Job count includes Manual Jobs.
