About CSV formats
The CSV file required as an input to the Client Coverage report can be created using a text editor or Microsoft Excel application.
A typical CSV file format is as follows:
Host1_name1,Host1_name2,Host1_name3,Host1_name4
Host2
Host3
Note:
Host1_name1,Host1_name2,Host1_name3,Host1_name4 are multiple names of the same machine. Multiple names for the same machine may exist due to many reasons like because of a machine having multiple Network Interface Cards etc.
Note:
Each host machine exists in a new line. For example, Host1, Host2, and Host3 all exist in three separate lines.
Here is a sample CSV format:
css-bin3,css-bin3.veritas.com
macy.veritas.com,macy,macy.vtas.com
css-bin10.veritas.com
Note:
There is no space after the comma in the CSV file.
