Unlock a NetBackup user
You can view the user accounts that are currently locked out of NetBackup and unlock one or more users.
By default a user's account only remains locked for 24 hours. You can change this time by adjusting the
setting.See Configure the maximum of failed sign-in attempts.
To unlock out a locked user account
- On the left, select Security > User sessions.
- Click Locked users.
- Select the user account that you want to unlock.
- Click Unlock.
To unlock all locked user accounts
- On the left, select Security > User sessions.
- Click Locked users.
- Click Unlock all users.
