Removing Oracle SQL Developer with log4j
Following are the steps to remove Oracle SQL Developer with log4j from Oracle 19c.
- Log into the virtual machine as root user or the Oracle server where NetBackup IT Analytics is installed.
- As a root user, run the cd /opt/aptare/oracle command.
- Rename the
sqldeveloper
folder tosqldeveloper-old
as using the mv sqldeveloper sqldeveloper-oldcommand. - From
/opt/aptare/bin
, restart all the services using ./aptare restart command. - Access the portal and verify if its operational.
- Verify if the collections are processing normal without any errors.
- From the virtual machine / server, you can now remove the sql developer folder using rm sqldeveloper-old command.
