Viewing inactive sub-folders
To view details of inactive sub-folders,
- Navigate to the Data Sources list-view from the Workspace tab.
- Expand a filer or Web application to display a list of configured shares or site collection.
- Expand a share or site collection to view the folders, sites, document libraries, or picture libraries present within the share or the site collection.
- Click a folder. The Summary panel populates to display additional details.
- Click Expand Profile on the Summary panel to display the underlying folder-centric views.
- By default, the Overview tab will display the a summary of the selected data repository.
- Click Folder Activity.
- By default, the By Time sub-tab displays the number of Read, Write, and Other accesses on the selected file or folder for the last six months
- Click Inactive SubFolders to view the details of the sub-folders contained in the selected folder that have not been accessed during a specified time period.
- To view the activity for the sub-folders and files for a specific time period, enter the start and end dates in the To and From fields, and click Go.
The system displays a list of inactive sub-folders for that period.
