Description

The write operation may fail if the Enterprise Vault server and Microsoft Azure Blob Storage or AWS S3 storage server time is out of sync.

To avoid this, use this registry value to add hours to Universal current time.

RetentionPeriodInHours specifies the number of hours to add to Universal current time, which will become the new retention period.

This registry value is used when the Enterprise Vault server's time goes out of sync with Microsoft Azure Blob Storage or AWS S3 service times.

If no value is provided, a default of 1 hour is used for this registry setting.
