Policy schedule start time on the Horizon UI is different than configured in the policy
The policy schedule start time that is displayed on the
page of the Horizon UI may be different by 23 minutes than what is configured in the policy. The difference in time is caused by the wrong offset value that is obtained during the time conversions from one time zone to another time zone. This issue exists in the pytz library component that is used in NetBackup for OpenStack.
However, this issue is limited to the UI only. The backend and API have the correct UTC timings. This issue has no effect on the snapshot job scheduler, which runs on time as configured.
