Monitoring a status of transcription service usage

The Transcription tab displays statistics for the purchased and the consumed transcription service, including any additional usage beyond the allocated amount. This statistical data can be exported in CSV file format for analysis or reporting purposes.

To monitor a status of transcription service usage and exporting its statistical report

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Dashboard and select the Transcription tab.

    Refer to a sample image for better visualization. The page displays the following details.

    Transcription Statistics

    Lets you quickly view the purchased and the consumed transcription usage in hours. You can also view the additionally used transcription usage in hours.

    Transcription Length Used/Allowed

    Lets you choose the scope (duration) and intervals (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly options) for visualizing the data in either a line chart or bar chart format. You can seamlessly switch between these display options to view your chart according to your preference.

  2. Select the duration for which you want to generate the report, and click Apply.

    The application displays the data graphically.

  3. If required, use the toggle control to switch between line and bar charts for better data visualization.
  4. Click the Export icon to export the report in Excel, PDF, CSV, or Word format.
