Generating an archived message size report
The Archived Message Size tab provides reports for the total archive size in GB and GB archived per account. You can run and export reports based on the following parameters.
Note:
Data can take up to 24 hours to refresh once you've enabled or disabled mailboxes.
: Generates a report to display total size in GB and count of the messages that are archived for a group.
: Generates a report to display total size in GB and count of the messages that are archived per account.
To generate a service usage report
- In the left navigation pane, select Reports and Notifications > Usage.
- On the User Scorecard page, select the Archived Message Size tab.
- In the top-right corner of the page, select the any of the above-mentioned services for which you want to generate a report.
- Select a predefined duration, or select Custom if you want to specify a start and end date for the report.
- Select the predefined frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly.)
- Click Apply.
- If required, switch between the Line Chart and Bar Chart display options to view chart in the report.
- To export the report in EXCEL, PDF, CSV, or WORD format., click the Export icon.
