The 'Redact Privacy Info' setting under 'Analysis & Review' does not display the 'Redact Privacy Info' fields, as expected. 

Problem

The 'Redact Privacy Info' setting under Analysis & Review tab does not display the 'Redact Privacy Info' fields, as expected. In eDiscovery Platform 10.3.2 this setting is checked by default. However, while the setting is checked, the related fields are not displayed as expected. 

In the image below, the circled area is where the related fields are expected to appear. 

Error Message

There are no error messages on this issue. 

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation.

Solution

To work around this issue, deselect 'Redact Privacy Info' then select it again and the related fields will appear. 

This issue is currently under investigation by Arctera LLC. Pending the outcome of the investigation, this issue may be resolved by way of a patch or hotfix in current or future revisions of the software. However, this particular issue is not currently scheduled for any release.  If you feel this issue has a direct business impact for you and your continued use of the product, please contact your Veritas Sales representative or the Veritas Sales group to discuss these concerns.
