How to view data associated with a specific tag, policy, or case, within the Admin Portal

Description

This guide explains how to view data associated with a specific tag, policy, or case, within the Content section of the Admin Portal in Alta SaaS Protection (ASP).  This is helpful to use in conjunction with the current analytical graphs and detailed information provided in the Analytics section of the portal. 

Depending on the type of data, there are various graphs and charts available in the Analytics -> Policies section.  Below is a sample of a sample policy: 

While the graphs and charts are available, the actual files are not viewable in the Analytics section.  However, they can be viewed in the Content section.  To see the specific items that are associated with the tag, policy, or case, do the following: 
 

1. Log in to the ASP Admin Portal with an administrator account.

2. Navigate to the Content Portal. 

3. From the All Content drop-down select the tag, policy, or case.
   
   

4. Once it is selected, the root location(s) will be displayed.  Select each location until the content is shown on the middle pane.  
   
   
    
5. To better view the items, use the filters such as Size, Created, Data Owner, etc. 
    

Note: If there are multiple locations associated with the tag, policy, or case, then all those locations will have to be browsed to view that data.  Currently, there is no report to provide an exportable list of all files associated with those.
