NBServerMigrator Update: rename operation - Additional steps to be performed after performing rename

Description

Perform the following after the rename operation is completed:

1. RBAC (Role Based Access)- 
   If RBAC is configured for domain users and domain change has happened, then readd users(remove and add users).
2. Catalog Backup Policy:
   Update client name to new-primary-server-name
3. If VMWare discovery/validate fails, then remove and re-add the vmware server.
4. For cloud, need to update the primary server's hostname in the cloudstore.conf on the media server.
