NBServerMigrator Update: rename operation - non supported configurations and scenarios

Description

The following are not supported for a rename operation:

1. NetBackup Appliance
2. Media and client servers
3. Primary servers below version 10.x
4. Catalog Archival
5. NetBackup Cluster Servers
6.  Disabled command-line (CLI) access for OS administrator
7. NetBackup Access Control (NBAC)
8. Enhanced Auditing
9. Alta view
10. Flex Appliance HA

The following are not supported scenarios:

1. Running rename operation on multiple (more than 1) instances of the same Flex appliance simultaneously.
   i.e. If multiple flex instances need to be renamed, then run the rename operation on one flex instance at a time. Once the rename is complete on one flex instance (pre-rename, rename, and post-rename), then proceed with the next rename on other flex instances.
