Problem
When scrolling through documents on the Analysis & Review page of eDiscovery Platform, and documents with same Item Note consecutively shown back to back, the Item Note will disappear.

Cause
Newer GUI code logic.
Solution
The solution will be released as part of the maintenance release of eDiscovery Platform v10.3.2. Reference ESA-65248 in the Release Notes.
