Problem

NBServerMigrator: Post-migration, Backups on Universal share fails with "No Storage units available for use"
Environment:
Source Media server: NBA 5.0 or lower
Source Primary server: NetBackup 10.0 or lower

Target Primary server: 10.1 or higher

Error Message

status 213: No storage units available for use

Cause

For Primary server at NBU_10.1 and later, universal share backup requires Media server 10.1 or above and running on RedHat Enterprise Linux OS.
Post Migration, if the target Primary server is at NBU_10.1 or higher and the Media server (migrated from the source) is at NBU_10.0 or lower, then this error will occur.

Solution

Upgrade the Media server to NBU_10.1 or above (based on the NetBackup version of target Primary server)
