Problem

Folder Structure of Reviewee is not visible to Reviewer/Administrator in Veritas Alta Archiving Personal Archive. portal.

Error Message

No error message is seen. The Active Folders section comes up blank despite the Reviewee having a synchronized Folder Structure. Here Reviewer John Doe is reviewing Robert's archive, however the folder structure is not visible to John even when Robert has a Folder Structure synchronized in his Personal Archive.

Cause

Reviewers Folder Sync service when checked in Manage-> Account Management is disabled.


 

Solution

There are two ways to resolve this depending upon whether the Reviewer has a mailbox.

1. If the Reviewer has a mailbox, then Folder Sync can be enabled by synchronizing the user using Veritas Folder Sync. 

2. If the Reviewer doesn't have a mailbox to synchronize using Veritas Folder sync, contact Veritas Technical Support, so the same can be enabled with Support's assistance. 

Once enabled the Folder Structure of Reviewee should be visible as seen below.
