Cause

The routing table entries in Y:\BackupExecDeduplicationStorageFolder\var\rt folder may not have updated after Deduplication folder was migrated and imported

Solution

Update the routing table entries in Y:\BackupExecDeduplicationStorageFolder\var\rt to reflect the new Backup Exec Server name and restart the BE services. If this is the only Issue then the steps should bring the Deduplication folder online else the issue may be different and Technical Support assistance may be required.

Note: If the file in the var\rt folder contains the Server name matching to the hostname of backup exec then it is fine and no edit is needed. The Issue may be different and can be investigated with Tech Support.
