When importing more than 64 tapes at once using Amazon Gateway VTL only 64 will be imported and the rest remain in the export slots

Problem

Not all the imported tapes are visible in the slots after an import. This will happen if more than 64 tapes are selected in one import job

Error Message

There is no error message

Cause

The portal used for the import has a limit of maximum 64 tapes

Solution

Workaround:

Import the tapes in chunks of maximum 64 tapes
