Folder Sync version 1.13.3

Folder Sync is an Veritas Alta Archiving add-on application that synchronizes mailbox folder structures to Personal.cloud. Users can then view their archived items in Veritas Alta Personal Archive in a folder structure that matches their mailbox folders.

Folder Sync 1.13 supports the synchronization of both Office 365 and on-premises Exchange mailbox folders, including hybrid environments where on-premises Exchange mailboxes may be migrated to Office 365.

Note: To use Folder Sync your organization must first have the Folder Sync service provisioned by your Veritas Alta Archiving service provider. Each user that you enable for synchronization through Folder Sync counts as a license for the service. For more information contact Veritas Services & Support.

Updated 06 April 2018: Folder Sync version 1.13.3 is now available. This version uses the new names for the Veritas Alta Archiving data center regions. The new names replace the old names in the configuration option for selecting your Veritas Alta Archiving server.

Upgrading Folder Sync

If you currently use Folder Sync version 1.13.2 or 1.13.1, there is no requirement to upgrade to 1.13.3. The old region names map to the new region names. The data center URLs have not changed.

If you currently use the Folder Sync 1.13 original release (V1.94.6460 binaries) or any earlier version of Folder Sync, we recommend that you upgrade to version 1.13.3 to obtain all the updates in the recent releases.
