Solution

1. Log onto the EV server running the EV Storage Service and the CA/DA server as the Vault Service Account (VSA)

3. Sort the Processes by memory usage, with the largest memory usage on top
4. Review the processes using the most memory for any process that may have a known memory leak
5. Stop any application that the check in Step 4 reveals to have a memory leak
6. Navigate to Control Panel | System | Advanced | Environmental Variables | Edit User variables for VSA
7. Move the VSA TEMP and TMP folders to a local hard drive with over 40 gig available free space
