  • These are the errors for two OWA requests being made my two different CAS servers on behalkf of the load balance server.

Cause

Any servers making an access request to OWA will need to be granted access through the IIS EVANON Directory Security.

In the case of a load balancing server for CAS servers the IP address of the load balancing server in addition of the CAS servers need to be added to the IIS EVANON Directory Security IP address list.

Solution

Add the IP address of the load balancing server for the CAS servers in the IIS EVANON Directory Security IP Addresses list and/or to the ExchangeServers.txt file used when the owauser.wsf file is run.
