Problem

SAN Media server failed to backup itself
Job-detail shows the following Errors :

  - Error bpbrm(pid=xxxxx) from client Client-name: EXIT STATUS 11: system call failed,
  - Error bpbrm(pid=xxxxx) client Client-name aborted,
  - Info bpbkar(pid=0) done. status: 49: client did not start,

Cause

Client Encryption has been selected in the Backup Policy Attribute, but the Client Encryption was not configured on the client.

Solution

Disable Client Encryption i.e. deselect Client Encryption in the Backup Policy
