System Recovery Restore disk / disk images are no longer available on MyVeritas (previously known as FileConnect).
Problem
Unable to download or locate the System Recovery Disk (SRD) image from MyVeritas for System Recovery 2013 R2
Error Message
No Error is listed
Cause
Previous versions of System Recovery, prior to version 2013 R2, provided recovery disks for download on MyVeritas (or FileConnect).
Starting with System Recovery 2013 R2, there are no recovery disks available on MyVeritas portal for download. As Microsoft no longer allows redistribution of Windows Preinstallation Environment (WinPE), System Recovery 2013 R2 does not include a System Recovery Disk on a DVD media or as an ISO downloadable from MyVeritas.
