How to access Veritas Alta Archiving CloudLink 4.0.3

CloudLink version 4.0.3

CloudLink simplifies the provisioning of Microsoft Active Directory or IBM Domino Directory accounts in Veritas Alta Archiving. CloudLink can maintain the synchronization of the directory accounts with Veritas Alta Archiving, and send welcome messages to newly provisioned users. In Exchange environments, CloudLink can also deploy Veritas Alta Personal Archive web folders, to enable Veritas Alta Personal Archive access from within supported versions of Outlook and OWA.

CloudLink also supports the provisioning of accounts for Google G Suite Enterprise Gmail message archiving. This functionality is for use in environments where you manage your Google G Suite Enterprise users and groups from Microsoft Active Directory.

Updated 05 April 2018: CloudLink version 4.0.3 is now available. This version uses the new names for the Veritas Alta Archiving data center regions. The new names replace the old names in the configuration options for selecting your Veritas Alta Archiving region.

Upgrading to CloudLink 4.0.3

If you currently use CloudLink version 4.0.2 or 4.0.1 there is no requirement to upgrade to version 4.0.3. The old region names map to the new region names. The region data center URLs have not changed.

If you currently use the CloudLink version 4.0 original release or earlier, we recommend that you upgrade to version 4.0.3 to obtain all the updates in the recent releases.

CloudLink 4.0.3 supports upgrades from CloudLink 3.4.1 and later. If you currently use a version of CloudLink that is earlier than 3.4.1 you must upgrade to CloudLink 3.4.1 before you can upgrade to CloudLink 4.0.3. To download the latest version of CloudLink go to Downloads and then Veritas Alta Archiving > HOSTED and expand Base and upgrade installers.
