Problem

Information on resolving the most common problems related to Enterprise Vault (EV) Event ID 41008 / V-437-41008.

This event is generated as a warning on the EV server under the monitoring category. Enterprise Vault is reporting savesets (archived data) have not yet been backed up or replicated.

Description There are XXXXXX savesets that have not yet been backed up or replicated for Vault Store 'Mailbox Vault Store'. Review your procedures and make any changes needed to ensure that backups happen in a timely fashion. If you are using an EMC Centera, check the size of the Centera replication queue.

Solution
