- Getting help
Configuration of Veritas Data Deduplication version 19.0.1 WORM container fails
When a WORM container is deployed using Veritas Data Deduplication 19.0.1, it tries to connect to the NetBackup primary server to update the minimum and maximum retention values on the disk pool. Since Access Appliance does not create a storage Server on the NetBackup primary during Veritas Data Deduplication configuration, the call to update the minimum and maximum retention values fails.
