View access definitions
Access definitions describe the permissions that are part of an RBAC role.
View access definitions
To view access definitions for a role in the web UI, you must have the
permission on the role.To view access definitions
- On the left, select Security > RBAC and click on the Roles tab.
- Click on the role.
- Click on the Access definitions tab.
- Expand the namespace to see the permissions that are assigned to that namespace.
Remove access definitions
Caution:
Use caution when removing access definitions. This action may remove critical access to NetBackup for the role's users.
You can remove access definitions from a custom role.
To remove access definitions
- On the left, select Security > RBAC and click on the Roles tab.
- Click on the role.
- Click on the Access definitions tab.
- Locate the namespace you want to remove.
- Click Actions > Remove.
