CLI command returns incorrect state of the virtual machine in VBS (2789621)
The CLI command to elicit the state of the virtual machine in a VBS may display incorrect state of the VM. This is observed after a VBS stop operation if VM takes a long time to go offline. VBS daemon might fetch the state of the virtula machine even before the virtual machine goes offline.
Workaround: No workaround. A subsequent start operation refreshes the state of the virtual machine.
