DB2 server software requirements

Verify the following regarding the DB2 server software on the NetBackup server or client:

  • DB2 server software must be installed and operational.

  • One or more DB2 instances must exist.

    Note:

    In a DB2 EEE environment, install the NetBackup client software on every node and client that DB2 uses.
