The fsmap -N command fails for an inode or file that contains extended attributes (4003019)
For an extended attribute directory, the attribute inode has a regular inode as parent. When you use the fsmap -N command on an inode or file that contains extended attributes, the command fails and logs the error:
UX:vxfs fsmap: ERROR: V-3-26099: cannot change to named attribute directory while processing filePath
This issue occurs because the fsmap command calls the fchdir function to change the path of the current working directory. In AIX 7.2, the fchdir function is modified to track and validate the current working directory. However, for an extended attribute directory, as a regular file is the parent of a directory, the fchdir function fails to validate the path, and consequently the fsmap command fails.
