Cause
When the operating system attempts to connect to a computer on the network, Credential Manager supplies the current user name and password to the computer if it has been stored. If the stored credential is out-of-date, the authentication will fail.
Solution
- Open the Control Panel on the source EV server where the Move Archive task resides.
- Go to User Accounts and launch Credential Manager.
- Remove the stored user name and password for the the destination EV server.
- Initiate the Move Archive task.
