Problem

Enterprise Vault shuts down because there have been more than 10000 Errors in the last 7200 seconds, of which 90% or more are from Enterprise Vault.

Solution

1. Open Lotus Administrator
    
2. Locate the NSF file (Mailjrn.nsf) listed in the Error
    
3. Open Properties on the NSF Database
    
4. Click on the Advanced Tab
    
5. Check the box for Allow more fields in database
    
6. Close the window
    
7. Compact the database
    
8. Restart Domino Journal Archiving Task
