Problem
When trying to configure a MSDP Cloud pool, the user must fetch the buckets and is unable to.
Error Message

Cause
The machine was unable to resolve the cloud provider URL.
Solution
This particular machine was a media server hosted in the cloud, and NetBackup must be able to resolve the URL listed in the oid 364 log. This issue is likely to only be seen in environments hosted in the cloud. Once the machine could resolve the host name and connect to that URL MSDP Cloud pool configuration was able to continue.
